At Glitter Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take utmost care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that issues can arise. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Clearance Products

Clearance items are non-returnable. However, in the rare case that a damaged product is received, we are happy to offer an exchange.


2. Free Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please share an uncut unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Return Charges

A nominal ₹100 per shipment will be deducted for eligible returns only if:

  • An uncut unboxing video is provided, and

  • Our Quality Assurance team verifies the product is unused, unworn, and intact.


4. Customized Products

Please note that customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.


5. Issue Resolution Timeline

Our team strives to resolve any return or replacement queries within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


6. Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
